While trauma is my specialty, I work with clients dealing with many different issues. I am happy to help with mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety, as well as issues related to motivation.

There is no specific age range for clients. Adults, adolescents, and children are all welcome.

Most people are worried about coming to therapy. There is a negative stigma related to talking about problems to a stranger. I want to remove the stigma and hope once we sit down, I will no longer feel like a stranger.

My office is located in Henderson off the 215 Freeway at the Pecos/St. Rose exit. The complex is called the Atrium and sits at the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Paseo Verde. Paseo Verde dead ends into the office complex and my building is right at the top of the dead-end.

About Me

I began my career working in a community agency where I worked with both mental health and substance abuse treatment. I also worked with co-occurring disorders and began my specialization in trauma.

I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and use it as a preferred method for treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am a member of both the American Counseling Association and the EMDR International Association.
